The property overlooks the Hollywood Sign and the Griffith Observatory so we re-orient the house to maximize that view.
Mediterranean aesthetics/
Renovating a Silverlake 1920’s Spanish revival house into a home for a Mediterranean family
Entry - it gives you a broad view of the common spaces with a generous aperture of the facade towards the Hollywood Sign.
Dining room - it is the hearth of the house for a client that loves to host people around the table.
Dining deck - it is a hinge between the dining room and the living room providing an outdoor experience to both areas.
Swimming pool - the hidden gem of the house is placed in the backyard level.
